Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nurture Body Co products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nurturebodyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
